1. Amicable Resolution

The Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably via written communication.

2. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

3. Limitation of Liability

Seller bears no liability for customs decisions, import restrictions, or regulatory requirements in the destination country.
